Everyone's got an opinion on where to find the best coffee in Vancouver, and honestly, half of it comes down to convenience more than quality Moja Coffee tends to come up in conversations that go a bit deeper than that, mostly because they've been roasting since 2003 and never really cut corners.   What makes the difference here is sourcing Moja's sent people out to growing regions directly instead of just trusting whatever a distributor says, and that shows up in the cup. Most of what they sell is single origin, too, so you're tasting a specific region's coffee the way it's meant to taste, not some blended version that smooths everything out.   The roasting process matters just as much small batches, run through a handmade joper roaster that came over from Porto, Portugal, back in 2012, take more time than mass production ever would.
